How often am I charged for my subscription or rental?

Your payments are charged weekly, on the anniversary of the date you signed up.

When does my subscription or rental start?

14 days from your signup date.

How can I change my subscription or rental?

You can change your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Service (customerservice@crystella.com). You can upgrade to a larger system at any time during and after the Equipment rental period.

How do I cancel my subscription or rental?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Service (customerservice@crystella.com). When you cancel, we will stop charging your account after uninstallation and collection of our equipment.
